The electric hydraulic pump is a hydraulic element which provides pressurized liquid for hydraulic transmission as well as a kind of pump. Here is some common sense: 

1. The electric hydraulic pump can serve as the hydraulic pump of hydraulic machinery. 

2. The electric hydraulic pump can support hoisting, profiling, pipe bending, row bending, straightening, shearing, installation, etc. to reduce the labor intensity.  

1. 20# engine oil should be applied to the oil pump. The oil storage capacity should be above the oil window. 

2. The bearing should be rinsed once for every 6 months. Lubricating grease should be applied at the time of installation. 

3. Please apply oil cleaner screen with 80 meshes or above for filtration when the oil is filled and replaced. In case of replacement, please clean the oil tank. The oil replacement cycle shall be six months. 

4. The oil working temperature shall be 10℃-50℃. 

5. Before startup of the electric pump, please turn on the deflated nut, therein, the switch is located at the unloading position. 

6. The hydraulic pump before leaving the factory has been adjusted well, parameters should not be adjusted to higher ones at will. Readjustment should be carried out with the help of the pressure meter. 

7. Before high-pressure oil pipes leave the factory, the 105MPA test should be carried out. Since aging is likely to happen to rubber pipes, users should check them frequently. The check cycle should be 6 months. The check cycle of the vortex street flow meter in case of frequent use should be 3 months, and check should be carried out under the test pressure of 87.5MPA. They should not be used in case of damage, swelling or leakage. 

Please note that the switch should be turned on for pressure relief after completion of work. After oil return finishes, the operator should remove the quick coupling sleeve, fasten the deflating nut, cut off the power supply and turn off the switch.
