During use of the hydraulic pump test bench, improper operation will lead to high pressure and oil leakage. So how should we check such a situation? Here are some tips for your: 

1. Check whether there is oil leakage outside: 

Pay attention to whether oil leakage occurs to the oil seal at the front end and back end of the crankshaft. Rupture, damage and aging of the front-end oil seal of the crankshaft or wearing of the contact surface of the crankshaft pulley and the shaft seal will lead to oil leakage of the front-end oil seal of the crankshaft. Rupture and damage of the back-end oil seal of the crankshaft or oil return impediment arising from too small oil return hole of the rear main bearing cover will lead to oil leakage of the back-end oil seal of the crankshaft. In addition, it should also be noted whether oil leakage happens to the back-end oil seal of the camshaft. The oil seal should be replaced timely in case of oil leakage caused by aging and rupture of the oil seal. In addition, it should also be checked whether oil leakage happens to components of the lubricating system of the motor. 

2. Oil leakage of front-end and back-end oil seal: 

If oil leakage occurs to the front and rear cylinder cover, front and rear valve tappet rod cavity, oil filter and oil pan liner, while no obvious oil leakage position can be found, the operator should check the crankcase ventilation device of the hydraulic pump test bench, clean up the ventilation pipeline of the crankcase, especially it should be checked whether poor work happens to the PCV valve for carbon deposit and adhesive clamping stagnation. Poor ventilation of the crankcase probably leads to a pressure increase inside the crankcase, which may result oil leakage at several positions. 

3. If some joints of the oil filter and oil pipeline are fastened frequently and there still is oil leakage, it should be checked whether the oil pressure is too high and poor work happens to the oil pressure limiting valve.
