Large hydraulic pressure stations in the metallurgical industry are hydraulic systems composed of several plunger pumps and equipped with large energy storage units. If severe leakage or insufficient operating pressure happens to one pump, its hazards for the whole hydraulic system and the flow cannot be embodied immediately. Spot check personnel should view the current value on the ampere meter and make a record daily. 

If the operating pressure of one pump on the hydraulic pump test bench is lower than that of other pumps, the current value of this pump on the ampere meter will be lower than that of pumps of normal operation, namely the pump of less work requires low current than that of normal work.
